Course Description:

The first week of the training program actually consists of two SUKAD courses that we merged together. The main topics that are covered in this 1st session are: Overview of the PM Framework, PM Processes, Product Life Cycle, PM Life Cycle, Organizing the Project, PM Areas of Expertise, Stakeholders. In addition to the overview we cover the processes required to initiate a project, including: developing the project charter document, developing the project preliminary scope statement, and developing a high level plan.The above highlighted the key concepts that would be addressed in this 1st session of the PPM program but that is not enough. We have allocated significant amount of time for discussions, planned Q&A, individual and group exercises, in addition to case studies and "real life stories" about past projects from the program leader/facilitator.
