DESCRIPTION
This 3 days accelerated learning course is designed to help you prepare for the PMP® Exam and gain the most understanding of project management with the least amount of study. Developed by Rita Mulcahy. Designed to decrease your after-class study time from hundreds of hours to less than 40. Unique features of this course include games, exercises, case studies and other tools to help you understand—NOT MEMORIZE—the concepts necessary to pass the PMP exam. Designed by the globally recognized author, speaker, and Project Management certification expert Ms. Rita Mulcahy; offered under license by SUKAD consultants. With this course we will provide each participant with the Rita Mulcahy PMP® Material, which consists of the PMP® Exam Prep Study Guide and the Hot Topics Flashcards. This course requires the nominees to be familiar with PMBOK® Guide by completing one of the following courses; Project Management Fundamental course OR the Project Management Concepts to Applications course. PMP® Exam Preparation Course combined with the PMP® Exam Simulation Course will earn 35 contact hours and could be taken independently or together.

 Mr. Matthey holds a Masters Degree in Computer Electronics and Software Engineering and a Master in Business Information Systems. He has excellent command over English, French, Hungarian and Bulgarian.He possesses more than 20 years experience in the service, consulting and teaching industries, with over 19 years spent in project management up to senior consultant level. He has managed programs and projects by consultancy organizations predominantly in Europe, but in Australasia as well. Mr. Matthey has held seminars at International PMI congresses and seminars in Project and Program Management, an external lecturer at the University of Geneva for undergraduate and MBA students in project management. He is VP Marketing and Sponsorship at PMI Swiss Chapter. PMI Leadership mentor for Northern and Central Europe. He is also a graduate from the Project Management Institute (PMI®) prestigious Leadership Institute Masters Class.
