Special Programs

Programs that have been uniquely designed by practicing SUKAD consultants, and continually updated to give you the cutting edge expertise that distinguishes you from the multitude

These are our specialized and comprehensive education and training programs, which are flexible, adjustable, and highly customized to meet our clients’ unique requirements. The idea here is that some organizations might want to pursue extensive program to develop their employees that goes beyond a simple short seminar or workshop. One key feature for these programs is that they are conducted in multiple sessions over an extended period; a few days at a time. Currently, SUKAD can offer these special programs:

  1. Ten-100 Program

This Program helps participants to enhance their chances of obtaining PMP certification. The Program consists of three courses that are conducted over a 2 weeks period (10 days), and it are based on the  PMI® Framework, which we use as a platform to found the training on but obviously all events go beyond what is outlined in the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge. In addition this program is done in association with the leading company in the world for certification training (Rita Mulcahy Company).

       2.    Practical PM Program

This program consists of 3 courses (13 days). Ideally these courses would be separate by a period of time between each course. The three courses for this program are generic courses and not designed for the engineering and construction environment.

This program is designed for all industries and to professionals and managers working on projects from all level. This means that in the program we could have various levels in the same class and this is good for cross learning.

SUKAD offer a program that is designed for Capital (Construction) Projects and this program will consist of 4 courses (15 days in total). For this program participant will also earn Graduate Certificate from ESC Lille and SUKAD. However, one does not have to take all of the courses of this program, rather, they can take specific courses; however, we must stress that there is a certain sequence to follow.
