Here we are offering seminars that are focused on a specific application area or industry. This includes industries such as Information Technology, Engineering & Construction, etc. We must stress that these courses are not technical training; rather the focus is on Project Management in the focus industry.
1. Information Technology / Information Systems This course covers the major concepts in information systems from a managerial perspective where emphasis will be on project management and describes the planning and control mechanisms for the different stages of systems development as well as feasibility studies and economic justification of IT projects

2. Construction These courses focus on the full Project Management Life Cycle for the project, cost and schedule control for a given construction project and finally contract management for a given construction project.

This is an abbreviated version of the Capital Projects program.
3. Capital Projects Program SUKAD offer a program that is designed for Capital (Construction) Projects and this program will consist of 4 courses (18 days in total). For this program participant will also earn Graduate Certificate from ESC Lille and SUKAD. In addition, this program could be extended into a 30-days program, which would lead to a Graduate Diploma and credits toward a Master Degree.
However, one does not have to take all of the courses of this program, rather, they can take specific courses; however, we must stress that there is a certain sequence to follow.
