Pre-Requisite: Required-Familiarity with the PMI® Framework or a Project Life Cycle. Preferred - 1 or more years of project management experience.

Description: This is a 2-days interactive workshop where the participants are requested to bring in to the class a project of their own. The core objective of this workshop is to help the participants visualize how to APPLY the PMI Framework to their real projects.The participants will select a project and the group will go through simulating the Project Life Span with a focus on the Initiation and Planning processes of the project from Charter to Closure using the PMI Framework. Depend on the size of the class we will either work as one or more groups.

Special Note: As an interactive workshop taking a real project through its launch and planning, this workshop is ideal for project management teams starting a new project.
