Target Audience: Suitable for delegates who involved in managing one or more projects and delegates who wish to take the Prince2 Practitioner Exam.

Category: PRINCE2 Certifications

Course Code: PC12

Course Fees: 5,900 Dhms

Course Objectives: Course is aimed at learning and measuring whether a candidate would be able to apply PRINCE2 to the running and managing of a project within an environment supporting PRINCE2. The training course is also aimed at preparing a candidate for the official PRINCE2 OBT Practitioner exam.

Description:

  • Practical course with the exam on the afternoon of the second day. During the first day the students together play a scenario with the trainer. The trainer is supposed to have been given a project from corporate management and must now put a team together and deliver the project result. The team must show the trainer what it takes to set up the project, manage the project and close the project. Depending on the feedback from the students the trainer will ask additional information, documents, workflows etc. The purpose of playing the scenario is to train the student in meeting the requirements for the Practitioner exam and to learn the student how PRINCE2 can be used and tailored to manage a project.

  • There are standard case studies mentioned in the Practitioner Event Manual that can be used. The students can together also select an actual scenario specific to their own environment or can select a scenario based on information for instance in the newspaper.

  • The OBT Practitioner course includes the PRINCE2 OBT Practitioner test exam. Students are required to complete this test exam in the evening on day 1. On day 2 the test exam will be analyzed and reviewed so that the student is optimally prepared for the real exam which can be taken on day 2 from 14.00 to 17.00 hours or at a later date if requested by the student prior to attending the training course.

  • This training course is an absolute must for delegates who wish to take the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam. The training course is given in partnership with Stichting Partners in Business, an Accredited PRINCE2 Training organization. An accredited PRINCE2 trainer from Trans-Atlantic Consulting Group will give the training course.

  • The student receives the PRINCE2 Practitioner Event Manual, a PRINCE2 OBT test exam and the official OGC ‘Managing Successful Project with PRINCE2’ manual.
