This accelerated learning course is designed to help Participants to prepare for the PMP® Exam—and gain the most understanding of project management with the least amount of study. Developed by Rita Mulcahy, this course is designed to decrease your after-class study time from hundreds of hours to less than 40.

Pre-Requisite: Required-Familiarity with the PMI® Framework and at least 3 years of experience in Project Management; prefer more than 5 years.

· Project Management Fundamentals or Project Management Concepts and Applications class. Typically, we offer this class as Part 1 of our Ten-100 Program

· Rita Mulcahy PMP® Exam Prep Class and SUKAD PMP® Exam Simulation supplement. These are two courses offered jointly, Since this is more of an accelerated class, we typically offer it as Parts 2 & 3 of our Ten-100 Program

Special Programs

The special programs are designed by SUKAD based on what we think are practical. The programs could be highly customized to meet client specific and unique requirements. Programs are based on the PMI® Framework, which we use as a platform to found the training on but obviously all events go beyond what is outlined in the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge.

SP01 - The Ten-100 Program

As the name implies, this Program consists of a few courses/workshops designed to help the participants understand project management and pursue professional certifications. We provide great flexibility of programs to accommodate the unique requirements of our clients.

Pre-Requisite: At least 3 years of experience in Project Management; prefer more than 5 years.

Description: This program combines three SUKAD courses: Project Management Fundamentals or Project Management Concepts and Application, PMP® Exam Prep, and Applied Project Management Workshop.

· The PRINCE2 Foundation course covers the basics of the PRINCE2 method. The training course is aimed at giving delegates an understanding of the philosophy behind the PRINCE2 method and is aimed at preparing delegates for the official PRINCE2 Foundation exam.

· This 2 day training course is aimed at learning and measuring whether a candidate would be able to apply PRINCE2 to the running and managing of a project within an environment supporting PRINCE2. The training course is also aimed at preparing a candidate for the official PRINCE2 OBT Practitioner exam.
