SUKAD is a service provider that specializes in integrated project management solutions; learning (training) and consultancy solutions; including the sales of project management books and software.
SUKAD was established in Dubai in August 2004 and continue to operate from the Dubai office but we work and provide services across the UAE, the GCC, and the rest of West Asia and Africa. We are currently in the process of opening an office in Lebanon to cover the local market and surrounding countries. However, our intentions are to integrate our operations between Dubai and Lebanon offices; primarily in the area of marketing and executive management (Lebanon office will ultimately become the Group main office).
At this time, we are looking to immediately hire a marketing coordinator with the ambitions and capability to grow into the SUKAD Marketing Manager. We seek a young, creative, and dedicated professional with the ability to multi-task and willingness to learn and grow. We will train the successful candidate in project management in order to manage the various marketing projects for SUKAD.
The person we seek, can be a new graduate, or with less than 5 years’ experience as a marketing coordination experience. Since SUKAD operations is wide spread and cover numerous countries, our marketing strategy favors online "inbound marketing" over offline … but we cannot ignore the offline marketing.
We do use a software application that helps manage our inbound marketing activities, including a knowledge portal, English / Arabic Blogs, analytics, and numerous other applications. This tool include a tremendous amount of marketing learning materials, including eBooks, webinars, and other tools to help us manage the marketing effort. The successful candidate is expected to learn this tool quickly and master its use in order to optimize our overall marketing effort.
The Marketing Coordinator job will include:
- Design of marketing announcements
- Manage the development of our marketing materials, brochures, flyers, etc.
- Manage the development of our website redesign – then maintaining the site content
- Prepare and issue press releases in English and Arabic
- Master the use of our marketing software application
- Supervise a support staff person that is based in Dubai
- Look for opportunities to maximize the visibility of SUKAD and its principal consultants
- Identify opportunities for listing our blogs and website on global registry
- Identify opportunities for publishing SUKAD articles in local and regional media
- Work toward getting SUKAD principals radio, print, or TV interviews
Also we are looking to immediately hire an Executive Assistant / Project Manager Special Projects. This person will work directly with the CEO and assist him on the various management aspects of the small but dynamic organization.
We seek a young, creative, and dedicated professional with the ability to multi-task and willingness to learn and grow. We will train the successful candidate in project management in order to manage the various internal projects for SUKAD; such as publishing projects, launching new services, and launching the SUKAD Lebanon office, among other projects. The candidate we seek can be a new graduate and it is not necessary to have project management experience.
The Executive Assistant job will include:
- Assist the CEO in all duties for the business
- Manage the CEO schedule and contacts
- Assist the PMO in managing the teams in Lebanon and Dubai
- Assist the PMO in launching the SUKAD Lebanon office
- Work with marketing to identify opportunities for SUKAD and CEO visibility, such as speaking at conferences, media interviews, etc.
- Support the CEO in any Arabic correspondence
- Manage the publications of SUKAD published books and booklets on project management, including managing the art and graphic work
- Manage the translation of these books, booklets, and blogs, to Arabic and publish them
- Lead a project to launch SUKAD webinars and work with marketing on marketing the webinar series
- Assist the CEO in managing the launch of educational and training programs, including online learning
- Assist in managing the development of software applications
The candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic as a minimum and the position will be based in Lebanon; North Lebanon, El-Koura to be specific.
The position will be based in Lebanon; possibly North Lebanon initially and the successful candidate will report to SUKAD co-founder and CEO.
