SUKAD services team can advise the client on recommended procurement and contracting strategies to optimize the results of a project.

Pre-Contract Award Support

SUKAD can assists or leads the compilation of procurement documents, preparing the request for proposals, determine selection criteria, screening possible providers, and up to tendering and vendor selection.

Post-Contract Award Support

After contract award, SUKAD team can enhance the contractual relationships between the client and one or more contractors, where we can help administer and manage the contracts and the work under the contracts.

NEC3 Expert Advisory Services and Training

A NEC3 expert advises the contracting party on specific duties and procedures in the NEC3 suite of contracts, for instance:

• Assistance in the compilation of Works Information and completion of Contract Data during contract drafting stage
• Contract administration for the duration of the contract, as Project manager, Supervisor or in advisory capacity to either or both, or the Employer or the Contractor
• Special assistance may be offered to the Contractor in the compilation of an NEC Programme
• Providing NEC3 Adjudicator services.
