Construction Management Services
The term "construction" refers to the actual construction activities, the building, of a physical facility. However, the term “construction project” typically refers to any project that would require the delivery of a constructed facility.
In this context, the project is not limited to the construction phase but refers to the whole project life span from idea to closure; including feasibility, requirements, definition, engineering design, construction, commissioning, and close out. We some time refer to these construction projects as “capital investment projects.”
Project/Program Management Consultant (PMC)
It is common that many organizations that are developing a new plant, hospital, residential community, or any other capital investment project, do not have internal project management departments or PMO. Even if they have an internal project management function, it might be limited in size and does not have the capacity to effectively manage these new projects.
Therefore, they seek the services of a Project or Program Management Consultant (PMC) to help supplement their staff to manage the project/program or take over most of the management activities. It is also possible to form an integrated team consisting of personnel from the client and the PMC organizations.

PMC Audit/Assessment
If you are already utilizing the services of the PMC, SUKAD can come in to help you assess the performance of the PMC or maybe even audit them. The assessment can be limited in scope and cover key areas only, or we can embark on much deeper review of the various aspects of the project/program.
