Ten-100TM - The Best Program {Global Expertise - Local Content} SUKAD FZ-LLC has joined forces with the outstanding RMC Project Management (Ms. Rita Mulcahy Company) to bring you a complete study program for achieving globally recognized credentials that are offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). These credentials are the widely recognized Project Management Professionals (PMP®) and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®).We introduce this outstanding, unique, innovative, and comprehensive program that combines project management with certification training. This Program consists of Ten days of facilitator-led training, 100 days guided self-study program spread over 3-4 months, and the PMP exam. We have designed and developed this program based on regional requirements, lessons learned, and feedback from our participants. Ten-100 Program Objectives: Learn the foundation of project management in accordance with the global de-facto standard: the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®Guide). Learn how to apply the concepts of the PMBOK® Guide and breakdown the myth that the PMBOK® Guide is too theoretical. Learn how to analyze and understand the materials for the PMP in order to remember it rather than memorize it. Learn about the psychology of the exam by truly understanding the questions in order to select the BEST answers.
Part 1: A Foundation Course Will provide the participants with an overview of the fundamentals concepts of project management per the framework provided by the Project Management Institute (PMI) generally accepted practices as highlighted in the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), third edition. For Part 1 SUKAD offers two relatively equivalent courses: Part 2: PMP® Exam Prep Course Is the Rita Mulcahy branded PMP® Exam Prep course. For those who are interested in the CAPM® exam, we recommend substituting the PMP® Exam Prep Course (Part 2) with a Rita Mulcahy branded CAPM® Exam Prep Course. Part 3: The Extra Materials That Count Depend on which course you take for Part 1 we would recommend a part 3 course since here we also offer two courses.
1. Applied Project Management Workshop: a 2 days interactive workshop. The core objective of this part is to help the participants visualize how to APPLY the PMI Framework to their real projects. The participants will select a project and the group will go through simulating the Project Life Span from Charter to Closure using the PMI Framework that we covered in Part 1.
2. PMP® Exam Simulation Supplement: a 2 days session focusing on the exam. The objective here is to understand the Psychology of the Exam in order to achieve the highly valuable credential. This course is all practice exam and discussions. Which course you take? See the Options below. For convenience, Parts 2 and 3 are offered during the same week and both parts together will allow the participant to earn 35 Contact Hours. To help choose the courses SUKAD has developed three options/recommendations for you; either of these options help you achieve the four (3) core objectives that we have outlined but in slightly different ways.
