Course Objectives

If your objective is to pass the PMP® from the first time, and you need more help in learning the psychology of the exam and the PMI® Way, then you have to take the PMP® Exam Simulation course.

DESCRIPTION

2 days course focus is on taking numerous short practice exams and analyze them based on our extensive and long term expertise. You need the additional encouragement and support, especially in learning tips, tricks, and techniques for passing the exam and that is exactly what we will offer in this program.
PMP® Exam Simulation course will not be having a presentations or slides but we will provide with the Project Management FASTRACK simulation CD
This course requires the nominees to be familiar with PMBOK® Guide by completing one of the following courses; Project Management Fundamental course OR the Project Management Concepts to Application course.
PMP® Exam Simulation Course combined with the PMP® Exam Preparation Course will earn 35 contact hours and could be taken independently or together.
SUKAD offer special program called Ten-100 Program; combination of PMP® Exam Preparation, PMP® Exam Simulation and Project Management Fundamentals OR Project Management Concepts to Application.

Trainer Profile:: Mr. Bauwmans is a senior executive with more than 24 years experience in the projects industry, having worked on capital projects in architecture, urban design, engineering and HR disciplines. In conjunction with the above, Mr. Bauwmans has also been a lecturer at various Academic institutions in South Africa, lecturing topics such as architectural theory, history and design, construction methodology, acoustics and interior design. Since obtaining his PMP credential in 1998, Mr. Bauwmans has further engaged in training of various Project Management disciplines to clients in mining, petrochemical, construction, engineering, transport, communications and heavy manufacturing sectors. In the last 8 years he has delivered over 10,000 delegate-days in training project management and related topics, through organizations such as BRP Project Management and PangaeaWorleyParsons, both South African based.Mr. Bauwmans specializes in project management and contract management training in NEC (New Engineering Contract), competency standards development and competence assessment in PM related fields. He is a constituent assessor in PM for the South African Services Sector Education and Training Authority (SSETA), and was part of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) panel for the South African PM Standards Generating Body (PMSGB)
