Course Objectives
The participants will:
- Gain an understanding of the PM Framework
- Learn how to apply these concepts, tools and techniques in implementing his or her project
- Learn how to apply practices on project planning, project charter, work breakdown structures, scheduling, estimating, contracting, risk, quality, among other topics.
DESCRIPTION
This course will provide the participants with an overview of the fundamentals concepts of project management per the framework provided by PMI generally accepted practices, as highlighted in the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), third edition. The Foundation version will include group exercises to demonstrate some of the concepts. In addition to the course manual, SUKAD will provide each candidate with original copies of the PMBOK® Guide.
